Blue dart and Fnp - Package not delivered

My order was expected to be delivered on **th October but I still haven’t received it. Delivery partner didint even called me and mentioned my address is incorrect . My address is correct I want my order today itself ask delivery partner to call me so I can tell them address again.

I am raising this concern since **th October to Fnp still no action is taken and ticket number is directly closed without my consent. Bear in mind until my order is not delivered ticket number should remain open. If by today my order is not delivered and if delivery boy did not call me to verify address and again he mentioned status as address incorrect tomorrow without calling me .

Kindly take strict action against blue dart immediately as they are not contacting at all very lack of communication
