I am writing to bring to your attention that the delivery status for my shipment (Waybill No. ***********) shows “Delivery Attempted – Premises Closed” on ** October ****, which is incorrect.
On that day, my premises were open and accessible. No delivery attempt was made, and I did not receive any call or message from the delivery executive. It seems there has been a wrong update on the tracking system.
Kindly verify this issue and arrange for a re-delivery at the earliest. Please confirm the updated delivery schedule or connect me with the concerned delivery person.
