Complaint Details:
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the purchase of a Crompton Hobtop Cooktop Optime *** from Global Enterprises on **rd September ****. Despite making full payment at the time of purchase, an incorrect product was delivered to me on **th September ****.
Upon identifying the discrepancy, I promptly returned the product. My spouse personally visited the showroom to return it, and the staff acknowledged receipt. I was assured that the correct product would be delivered within two days, by **th September ****. However, despite multiple follow-ups and visits, the promised delivery has not been fulfilled.
Over the past weeks, I have been repeatedly misled with false assurances. As of today, *th October ****, the correct product remains undelivered. When I requested a refund, my calls went unanswered and no proper communication was provided.
During my visit today, I shared my account details and was assured by salesperson Prasanth & Owner Raghu that the refund would be processed. Unfortunately, no refund has been issued yet.
This experience has caused significant inconvenience and disappointment. I request immediate resolution either through delivery of the correct product or a full refund of the amount paid.
