Issue: Despite placing the order more than ** days ago, the product has not been shipped yet. No tracking details or updates have been provided.
Attempts Made: I have checked my email/WhatsApp/SMS, but there has been no communication regarding shipping or delay.
Relief Sought: I request immediate action — either confirmation of shipping with valid tracking details within the next few days, or a full refund of the paid amount.
