I placed and paid for an order from Ditch The Guilt on **th October ****. After repeated follow-ups, they shared a tracking ID only after public complaints. Despite this, my order’s status has not changed and it is still not dispatched. All my attempts to contact their official customer support numbers and emails have gone unanswered. This has caused financial loss and mental harassment.
Resolution Sought:
I request immediate delivery of my paid order within the next * days or a full refund if they cannot dispatch it. Kindly take urgent action and help resolve this complaint.
