SS filed complaint against Loren Elliot on Aug 30, 2025
On **th August ****, I placed an order (#LE****) with a company called Loren Elliot (lorenelliot.com) for * items The total amount of ₹**** was paid online.
Since then, I have received multiple emails from the company falsely stating that the order was "out for delivery" or that a "delivery attempt was unsuccessful." Despite these repeated messages, no delivery was ever attempted and no valid courier tracking details were provided.
On **th August ****, I asked the company for the courier name and tracking number, but they failed to provide this information. Instead, they sent me a ₹**** gift voucher as "compensation," which does not resolve the fact that my order was never delivered.
This experience has caused financial loss (₹*,*** for undelivered goods) and mental stress, as the company’s repeated false updates misled me into believing the order would be delivered. Upon researching online, I also found that other consumers have reported similar fraudulent experiences with this brand.
I believe this is a case of online shopping fraud and unfair trade practice.
Relief Sought:
Immediate refund of the full order amount (₹****).
Action against the company for misleading customers and non-delivery of goods

I had placed an order (Order No. LE****) with Loren Elliot on **th August ****. However, the same has not been delivered till date. They have not been responding to emails and their website link is not working.
The website was fake and they never delivered anything. Now the website seems to not exist at all.. I did not either get my money or refund
