I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order placed with your store.
On *th June ****, I ordered two phone covers from Case Factory. It has now been over two months, yet I have not received my package. I have made multiple attempts to contact your technical support team and have also sent messages to your official Instagram handle, but I have received no response so far.
