I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Fruit Raja (https://fruitraja.com) for non-delivery of a prepaid order and failure to provide a refund or resolution. I placed an order for mangoes on **th June ****,amounting to Rs. *,***. Despite repeated follow-ups, the product has not been delivered to date. I have made multiple attempts to contact their customer support team. However, each time I was told that the order would be dispatched "next week." This cycle has continued for several weeks without any progress or fulfillment. Moreover, no refund has been issued, and the company's customer support number is now out of service, with no alternative means of resolution provided. It has now been over a month since the order was placed, and the lack of response, delivery, or refund constitutes a clear case of deficiency in service and possible fraudulent conduct. I request the consumer forum to take appropriate action against the company and help me secure a full refund of Rs. *,***, along with suitable compensation for the inconvenience caused.
