Savana by Urbanic - Package not delivered

I placed an order with Savana on **st July ****, and the initial estimated delivery date was *rd–*th August.
However, I received no update after **th July, despite multiple follow-ups and complaints through email and social media. Today, after repeated pressure, I finally received an update — but instead of resolving the issue, they further delayed the delivery to *th–*th August without any proper justification.
I had clearly mentioned that this dress is required urgently for my sister’s engagement, and the constant delays are causing stress and inconvenience. It is also worrying that many other customers have faced similar issues with this brand, raising concerns about their credibility.
