Ridestar packers and movers - Package not delivered

I had shipped my luggage from Jodhpur on **/**/** with ridestar movers and packers. Luggage included car, ac, mini fridge, air fryer with clothes and books. Compliant against movers and packers for not delivering luggage since a month and causing enormous mental tourchure. Not receiving calls. I received car after * days in terrible condition. Car is damaged. LCD screen not working, car is absolutely dirty with sand and tobacco stains all around, distance travelled is ****+ km which is way more than Jodhpur to Mumbai distance. Other luggage hasn’t come. It’s more than * weeks now. Despite ** calls the company is not holding calls
