The Professional Courier - Package not Delivered

I shipped an important item from Coimbatore to New Delhi via Professional Couriers on **th May ****. The date I'm writing this is *th July ****, and the package is still undelivered after more than ** days.
I have made several attempts to get an update:
I raised an online complaint, but it remains unresolved.
I repeatedly called the customer care number, but no one ever answers the call.
I even visited the Professional Couriers office in person, where the staff was extremely rude, offered no assistance, and shockingly claimed that they have no idea where my parcel is.
The tracking status is inconsistent and unhelpful, and there has been zero ownership or communication from their side. They are neither refunding the courier charges nor returning my item, which is completely unacceptable.
I will attach a photo of the original courier receipt and a screenshot of the tracking status
This is not just poor service — it is gross negligence. I request immediate intervention and resolution.
