I had ordered a product from scrollstreet.in on **th April. The product is still in the shipment delayed state and there is no way to find out what is happening with the product delivery.

Kindly help with understanding -
*. Status of delivery
*. Any contact number to speak to
*. Message to customer support yielded a vague response with no estimated time of delivery. How can I get an approx timeframe when the product will be delivered.
