I ordered the product on **.**.** but they did not delivered the product till **th june .so I sent a message on whatsapp to share the tracking id or refund my money but I did not receive any response from their side . On **.**.** they sent me a message on whatsapp that " Apologies, Your Suit of Rs. **** is not available so please do support us and change the suit by * PM so that will dispatch it today.". So I asked them to exchange my product with the other one . They replied that the size is not available . so I asked them to book something else then they asked me to pay more as the product was *** Rs more than the previous article . but when I told them that I will not pay anything . I asked them to send any article for the same amounts ( Rs **** ) that I have paid to them then the did not replied to me .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
