Placed an a order and paid rs ****
For a pair of shoes on the **st of April. The company sent me a shipping link via email but the link was broken ie. Link doesn’t exist. Upon emailing them they ignored my emails for the next two weeks. When I kept emailing them consistently they replied on the **nd of may saying their delivery partner was facing issues (one month later). Simultaneously, I have been sending them messages on their Instagram page where they promised me delivery within * days on the **th of April. They again offered my an extra pair of shoes on the **th of April which i refused insisting on either a timely delivery or a full refund, which again went ignored till I wrote on the founders Instagram page and her direct inbox where she was promoting her products. One time my message on her post was deleted and she had responded promising a resolution via email. The email did come (** may) but it was again a bogus promise of delivery by the **th. I had emailed them reminding them of their promise of a delivery but my emails again went ignored. Today is the **th and I have again written to the founder - on her public Instagram page asking them not to delete my message and give me a resolution. Now the main page of shop Mistry are asking me remove my comments otherwise they will not refund. I have refused to do so unless they give me a resolution.
I shouldn’t have to fall under this pressure from such companies when clearly I am suffering, I am the one who has paid for their service which they have been unable to fulfill.
