I ordered a sofa set online from Kuber Furniture on March **, ****. It has now been almost a month, and I have received no proper communication or delivery. Despite the item being listed as in stock, their staff keeps changing the delivery dates and providing inconsistent stories. This experience feels fraudulent, and I urge the relevant authorities to step in and investigate. Such practices not only damage the reputation of online shopping but also cause unnecessary stress and distress, especially for senior citizens.
