I hereby request the following:
Immediate clarification regarding the current status of my order.
A definite delivery timeline or an expedited shipping arrangement.
If the order cannot be fulfilled promptly, I request a full refund without further delay.
Compensation for the delay, if applicable, as per your company’s policy.
Should this issue remain unresolved, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to relevant consumer protection authorities and post reviews detailing this experience on public platforms.
