My name is vignesh i am regular customer for flipkart and order lot of items. Last week I has supposed to receive one parcel but didn't recive it.
Before deliver your delivery agent didn't call me and didn't get otp from me. So i didn't receive the parcel.
I have register the complaint on **/**/**. And they told me will receive proper solution within **/**/****. But till now didn't receive any update from you.
By yesterday I have again register the complaint, today also I register the complaint but no response from your side.
