Homesignia - Package not delivered

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a customer's parcel that was shipped via Skyking and has not been delivered despite more than two months having passed since it reached Mumbai.

According to your tracking system, the parcel was marked as having arrived in Mumbai. However, when I contacted your Kandivali office, they informed me that the parcel had been forwarded to another branch. Upon following up with that branch, I was told that they do not have the parcel.

This lack of accountability and poor communication has not only caused significant inconvenience to me but has also negatively impacted my business and my relationship with my customer. As of now, the parcel remains undelivered, and no resolution has been provided.

I request immediate action to locate and deliver the parcel to my customer without further delay. Additionally, I expect a detailed explanation for this mishandling and the extended delay.
