Order no *****. Ordered one product on **th of March. They did a confirmation call and told me that they will deliver the product in **-** days. After that, I mailed the company. ** days later they replied that they will deliver it on Saturday. But still, I have not received it.
Now I am mailing them but they are not replying. Not even giving me dispatch detail. And it's been almost ** days.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
