I have ordered a bouquet of ** pink roses and a vase at **.**pm on Dec * and paid extra ***/- rupees for my midnight delivery between **pm to **.**pm as it allowed me to choose that option even at **.**. I was also surprised initially but didn't realize their fake attempt of scamming people. I got an email confirmation at **.**pm on Dec *. I was awake till *AM (Dec *) and the order was not delivered at all. I had written multiple emails and tried to raise a complaint but in vain. Tried calling them but their number was useless as their website/services. Upon asking for refund multiple times via email, they still did not deliver the order or processed the refund. Now, the time is AROUND *.** PM, Dec * and they still haven't delivered the order and stopped responding to my emails. I cannot digest that many people are preys to their false website services.
