Singhal s Law Publications - Package not delivered

The order (Order ID- *****, Consignment No.- D********) was placed on ** Nov., ****, when I checked the order status on **th November, it showed that it has already been delivered but I have not received it yet. Neither any delivery agent called to handover the order, nor there was any SMS or Email regarding the same. I registered a complaint regarding the same, but no satisfactory response has been received. I called the customer support, they said they’ll look into it and get back to me in **-** hours, but I haven’t heard from them. I have raised multiple queries but haven’t found any solution yet.
I want to know the status of my order as soon as possible.
