I had ordered a product on ** March **** & paid them the required amount i.e. INR *** through net banking. Received a message confirming the order which also had a contact number (which is temporarily disconnected now) & an email ID to which nobody responds. Attached is the evidence. A person called me on the next day confirming the order & said will be delivered by ** April ****. Now the website is not functional too.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
