I am filing a formal consumer complaint against Alankrita by Reshma Deepak for the non-delivery of two dresses I ordered from their online store. The details of my orders are as follows:

As per the company's shipping policy, the maximum delivery period is ** days. However, despite waiting for over * months, I have not received either of the orders. This significant delay has caused me immense inconvenience, and I no longer wish to receive the products. I have tried to communicate with the company, but I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution.
