Ani filed complaint against Ecom Exprees on Sep 11, 2024
my package shipped via Ecom express has reached destination city on *rd September, but it is still not delivered. There is no way to contact Ecom express, the helpline number just gives automated response that it will try to deliver the package in next ** hours. There is no otherway to contact or escalate the issue with Ecom express?
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
