I ordered a handbag from this shop

I recieved a defective product different fron the image that the owner sent me.
On raising the issue he asked me to deliver it to an address which i did. Now its been two months. They do not recieve my calls nor reply to my whatsapp as well as other text messages. Today he apparently blocked me. Kimdly help me get a refund and adequate compensation so that these frauds learn a lesson.
