I booked Redmi note * on **/**/**** and did payment by Paytm. After payment, I get the order Id ******** and then I called the customer care. They told me that after ** hours your dispatched number will be sent to your registered number. After waiting ** hours I didn't receive the consignment number of courier and they tell me that again wait for ** hours. After I called them again they tell that your order has been sent to your nearest courier service without giving any tracking ID. Many times I have called the customer care but they didn't give any satisfying answer. Also out of reach always. They are telling that the number is now switched off (***********). Please help.
