I have a courier from DTDC with track number H********. But they did not deliver. Many times I called to DTDC Chandanagar and DTDC head office. But they are not solving the issue. The actual delivery date was **th March **** but still **th April **** not delivered parcel. I tried to call every day but no use. The courier value is *** Rs. but the value of approach DTDC is *** Rs. Much time I have to wait in customer care. Even in my office hours, I wasted my time to call customer care. So I need help.
