I have ordered dress for me and my daughter for my daughter's first birthday. I have paid rs. **** a month back the function date. When I'm asking for an update or refund they are not responding. I tried multiple ways like calling, messaging etc. But they didn't provide any update regarding my item and hence i had to cancel the planned event. Now I no longer need the dress. So, please help me get a refund from them
