I paid *** for a kurti after they confirmed the availability on July *th.its been ** days they didn't send the kurti when I asked them they said that they don't have the product and asking me to pay more and buy something else which I don't want. They are refusing to refund and forcing to pay more and buy an another product. When the mistake is theirs why should I pay more and go for an another option? What is the guarantee that they won't take my money and cheat me back like how they did before? Please help me in this regard though the amount is small they should pay for the level of stress I had gone through
