I have bought Redmi note * Pro on *rd April, which has to be delivered by *th April and till now it's not delivered. It's really hard to contact them as the toll-free number is not working and in online chat no one responses. I was lucky one time to get the response in chat where the executive confirmed my package to be delivered by **th April. Last * days it's still showing in transit state with no update when it will be delivered. I have sent mail but I have not got any response from them. Such a response will definitely bring the wrong impression of the company and will impact its rating. Hope some action is taken soon for my package to be delivered.
