boodmo - Package not delivered

I have ordered some parts in boodmo app on * july ****, it's been ** days i didn't receive any calls, I even raised a ticket in boodmo, courier partner is ECOMEXPRESS (tracking id ************), they never called me but still status is failed delivery, if they are not able to deliver the package they need to send back to supplier, in boodmo the status is Dispatched, the status in ECOMEXPRESS is Attempt restricted OFD locked. I have prepaid for the items, don't know how to resolve the issue.
