I booked Redmi note * Pro on **/**/**** and did payment by UPI. After payment I received the order I'd ******** and then I call the customer care they assured package delivery within *-* days. After continuing followup when the package is still not received they even not responding online or their mail email domain are unreachable. Their customer care number is also not reachable for * days. It's more than a week the package is still not delivered and they are not responding anyway.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
