On ** August ****, I bought Ridaex Nuke ** Inch *K Android *.* Smart TV - Version * order no. *******D******** (Copy of bill is attached) which was delivered to me on ** September ****. The TV delivered to me was damaged and I returned it to the company for replacement as per their instruction on * October ****. It received at there company's Bangalore location on ** October ****. But till today I didn't get my product nor any detail regarding dispatch. I have also requested for cancellation of the order and refund my money back but they denied for that. So, you are requested to solve my problem.
