My register letter is booked on **/**/**** from BPC UTI Konkan Bhavan. At the day my item bagged to Villupuram RMS I asked the Konkan Bhavan. They said that we have sent the item. So you can ask Villupuram RMS to inquire about the status. But Villupuram RMS said that we have not received your letter. If we will receive your letter then we will dispatch it for the destination code. But to date, I have not receive the letter. I was already mentally and physically worried about the process. What can I do?

My shipment has been not delivered from last ** days and India post is sending to the wrong post office location and doesn't even care to answer my queries. I am feeling completely hopeless. Pls help
