I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding an order I placed with KFC on June *, ****. Unfortunately, my order was not delivered, and subsequently, I cancelled it the same night. Despite this cancellation, I have yet to receive a refund for the amount paid.
Furthermore, when I contacted the store manager regarding the refund, I was informed that they do not have the funds available to process the refund and refused to provide any further assistance.
I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. I expect to receive a prompt resolution and the full refund of my payment without any further delay. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and provide me with details on how this issue will be resolved.
