i am waiting for my parcel from day * without any call delivery person again again saying he unable to reach me and i connect to customer care alot of time for my parcel that without any call while tracking he update is that he unable to connect me but they are saying he will come with in * pm but again n again ivr calling and saying your order is unable to deliver you can cancel your order or reschedule and without taking my response call cut when i track my order the last update is shipment is not delivered as our executive was unable to reach me even he didnt call and i raise ticket alot of time through customer support this is very bad service of them like i waited alot even i order * to * parcel for * parcel they did same without call saying they didnt reach me .. i am not here to call again an again
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
