Meesho - Package not delivered

I ordered * co-ord set from meesho on **th may ****. It was reached the nearest hub on **th may and that day i got a msg that it will delivered today, but i got no call on that day. I waited for the next day again same got the msg that it will delivered today and that day i called the delivery boy and asked about my package then he said he doesnt have my parcel as it was mistaken aligned me for your order maybe it will delivered next day. After waiting for * more day same msg got for delivery again i call on that given delivery boy numbers but he didnt picked the call. After that he didn't came. Next day when i checked the app it shows that the order was already delivered. But no one in neighbour and family has received the order neither i have shared the otp. Today when i talked to the customer care boy he said that if customer has not shared the otp there is a way out from company side thta they will automatically get the otp. It is a great fraud and take strict action.
