I have ordered two items from Sanjeevan life by prepaid which were sent by them through Delhivery surface courier vide tracking id awb************** on **-**-**** from Tihu Assam. Same has to be delivered by */*/**** but yet not delivered. Despite my repeated follow up courier company has not take any step for delivery of my parcel. This courier company charged Rs *** towards my prepaid order from Sanjeevan Life.
