India Post - Package not delivered

ARUN KUMAR BHARGAVA filed complaint against India Post on Apr 5, 2019

We shipped a packet to Kendriya Vidyalaya, Nehru Campus, Meghalaya vide speed post service on **.*.**** paying ***/** as speed post charges and ever since that day the packet is missing. We filed several complaints but have not received any reply as yet from the postal authorities. The packet contained a projector which we shipped against an order received on the Government E-Marketplace portal. It is a loss of more than *****/- as the value of the article was *****/- and we paid Rs. ***/** as postal charges and the receipt is attached herewith.
