We have ordered a dress from their Instagram page on **th February and paid to their account, after receiving the payment they confirmed that the order will be delivered within *-** working days. After some days when we asked about the delivery update, they replied that the order has been dispatched. And now it's been almost a month we haven't received our product and now they have stopped responding to my messages and also blocked me. It's a humble to take an appropriate action their page.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
