I ordered * Yamaha keyboards online in USA company (Arch Electronics). I paid for that. They made a wrong invoice that includes extra items that I don't order and when the items were in Turkey customs they asked me to pay tax and vat for there were extra items. I paid for that. Then they asked me to pay for clearance when the items were at Pakistan customs (port of entry). I paid for it. Then they asked me for IE licence that I don't have. They said to me that they make licence and needed his passport photograph and charges. I paid for it and sent my photograph. Then they asked me to pay for insurance. I paid for that. After this, they said that the shipping company is not allowed to enter India so have to hand over to DHL shipping company. They asked me to pay for handling overcharge. I paid for it. Then said that the customs delivery man has to carry the items to that shipping company and asked me to pay for that. I paid for that. After these, the company sales manager told me to talk with his boss so that make an agreement. Gave his facebook link. I talked to him. He also asked me to pay for the agreement. Yet I did not get a positive response from them. I belong to Chennai and my wife to Thanjavur. As I came to Thanjavur to visit my wife and baby, I ordered the Yamaha keyboards.
Ordered products and quantity
Yamaha PSR s*** and PSR s*** and PSR s*** for free (totally three items). Price for those two is *****.**.
The wrong invoice consists of extra ** items(totally **).
Total payment I made is Rs.******.**
Transaction charges are Rs. ****.**
I got a loan on my wife's jewels for the payment. I sold not only my wife's gold chain but also her sister's gold chain for the payment.
I hope that surely I will get a positive result by this forum.
I request you to be kind enough to get my money back or receive the items.
