My local courier was booked on **.**.**** (NO: B********). But it is not yet delivered. Its hundredth time happening to me by DTDC. They are unfit, inefficient, idiots, reckless and lethargic and again started to play a game 'passing the ball'. My courier has been activated with 'roaming'. It is moving from hennur to Whitefield to yekahanka to Frazer Town. Now I don't want courier I need the compensation for wasting my time and causing the trouble, harassing the customer keeping item with you for long and mentally disturbed
It was an important school item without which my daughter is not being allowed to school from * weeks. They need to pay for it. If they are unfit to deliver why do the accept the consignment? The same thing is being repeated as it happened for AWB nos. ********, H********, B******** and now. B********. They are really unfit and worthless to be in this filed. In-efficient courier service in India. Not bothered about customers.
