Fourth Dimension Club - Package not delivered

I had ordered, and paid online for two shirts from fourth dimension club on Aug**, ****. I waited for more than few weeks, but got no update on my order. On Sep **, the MD sent me an email saying the orders are delayed, and he will try his level best to ship the orders or provide a refund if we asked for one.
On Sep **, I had sent an email to update me on my order, and told them to cancel my order and provide me a refund if it gets delayed.
On Oct* **, I found out that the website was changed, and they had spent more money on instagram advertisements, but wasn't able to find my order on their site nor got a reply for my order.
