I was not at home when delivery person came. I called him to put the package in a bag outside my flat and gave him otp.
He didn't deliver the package but marked it delivered
I have checked the camera recording and he is not even seen coming to my floor
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
