Amazon shipping - Package not delivered

My package was ordered from vendor which was shipped via amazon shipping at after * days in transit the order reached the hyderabad hub and was dated to deliver in next * days but after waiting for * days as product was not reflecting any update I tried connecting to respective amazon customer care and after many unsuccessful attempts for package information they started disconnecting my call in between conversations and started giving fake assurances. Its been more than ** days and amazon has not helped me in any possible way and kept disconnecting calls. They say tickets are raised but no action is taken nor have helped me in any way.
