BloomsVilla - Package not delivered

It's been a WORST EVER experience with Bloomsvilla.

*. My order status BV******** - for Rakhi gift to my brother in US was not delivered nor cancelled . I raised the order on **th Aug , and then cancelled it because address was incorrect.

*. The same day I have cancelled order on **th Aug , sent an email to wecare@bloomsville.com , also called the call center for the same.

I was told that I would get a reply with ₹*** deducted and rest refunded within * hours .but did not receive after ** days also

*. Whenever I call the call center my call.is on hold for more than ** mins minimum.

Worst experience… such a spoiler of your important event. They suck...complete fraud, inaccessible, torturous, waste of time and money and cheats of the first order. Their chat assistance is robotic n keep asking same questions.. no one answer.

CANCEL MY ORDER AND REFUND MONEY BACK !
