Dtdc Bangalore DTDC - Package not delivered

This is Hema from the company Magal Machine Tools - Peenya, Bangalore. We are using the services of DTDC Courier for years. One of the consignments sent from Peenya to Devanahalli on **th Jul **** has not reached the customer even after ** days of courier booking. We enquired to our regular DTDC person in Ganapathi Nagar and action was taken for finding out the shipment. Until yesterday **.**.**** we were of the impression and hoping to receive the shipment at any time/day. Suddenly we were informed that the shipment is missing and unable to trace it out by the DTDC respective branch in Devanahalli. After several discussions with the DTDC branches involved in this particular shipment movement, it is found that the Kogilu branch representatives carelessly missed our parcel and kept quiet. We are writing and lodging this complaint against them to take corrective action on them either to find out the missing parcel or pay us the value of the shipment in full(as in the invoice copy attached herewith). Please do help us to resolve this issue on priority. Copies of mail communication transpired between the DTDC branches, Consignment Docket, and CCTV footage captured at the DTDC Yelahanka Apex branch before sending it to Kogilu Branch are attached herewith for your kind perusal.
