Myyphone.com - Package not delivered

On ** March ****, I saw the website "myyphone.com" offering a Redmi note * pro at ***** Rs only where the price of it in other websites in India is ***** Rs. That phone is launching in India on ** March and that website belongs to the USA. That's why I wanted to buy that phone asap. So I ordered it on ** March **** for ***** Rs. at * a.m. from my father's credit card of Jammu and Kashmir Bank. The payment was successfully delivered to the website and they showed me the notification of payment received by them but suddenly I saw there is nothing ordered by me from that website. Before ordering the phone I saw the time period of delivery was *-* business days that's why I decided to wait for * days but there is no package delivered till now then my friend suggested me to file a complaint on voxya.com. Please help me to refund my amount if it is possible. I need the money. Please take serious actions. I have not told this incident to my father if tell my father would beat me. My father income is only **,***. Please help me in getting a refund as soon as possible.
