Delhivery Logistics - Package not delivered

I had ordered a product from beautifulsaree.com and the package delivery was assigned to Delhivery Logistics via delhivery tracking number-************** and the delivery was supposed to be made by **th March. Till today the delivery has not been made and on approaching the customer care numbers listed on their website, the connection is done to arbitrary websites like food panda, Phonepe etc which clearly shows the wrong intentions of the delivery associate. The only mistake I did was of payment at the time of delivery. The numbers are not being attended to. There is no response to mail or messages. Is their any way out??
