Onlinedthservice - Package not delivered

I ordered Videocon D*H through the online e-commerce website www.onlinedthservice.com on */*/****. It was promised that the installation will happen in *-* working days, however after that no response. I tried calling customer service but no help, then I wrote an email to their customer service. However it was informed that they do not have Videocon anymore so I can go for DishTV or Tatasky, I informed that I do not want DishTV or TataSky as they do not have the channel I want. So I requested as the product is not available please refund my amount back, then they say for the refund we will deduct **%. I said no as this is not customers fault, the ordered product is not available in your inventory, so please refund the full amount. However, they were adamant finally. I agreed ok deduct **% and give me my money back. I will buy it from a local retailer, since then no response, no reply, no refund, When I checked facebook and other social media websites I found out that there are many customers saying this company is fraud, I was trapped and lost my money.
